Introduction of the blow molding tank machine

Blow molding is a common molding method for producing hollow thermoplastic products. Blow molding can be divided into two kinds: injection molding and extrusion blow molding. Extrusion blow molding equipment has a wide range of applications, and can produce a lot of products. Products can be one or more layers of polyolefin hollow products, widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry, pesticides, cosmetics and other fields. The extrusion blow molding machine can be used in a wide range of materials such as PS, PE, PVC, PS and other materials.    

The advantages of extrusion blow molding equipment, high production efficiency, low cost of equipment, the choice of mold and machinery, scrap and scrap the disadvantage is more, the need for timely recovery, diffusion thickness control and raw material products limited, molding after trimming finishing.




Main Configuration

Electronic control system: Adopt Germany SIEMENS PLC and touch-screen interface control system, with overheating/overload automatic alarm function,perfect system program design.

Hydraulic system: Adopt Japan YUKEN hydraulic system, low noise, long service life, make the blow molding machine operation more accurate and reliable.

Extrusion system:  Barrel and screw are 38CrMoALA with nitriding processing, brings corrosion resistance, wear resistance, unique plasticizing system design and high speed mixing section, make the blow moulding machine with good performance of high polymer material extrusion.

Die head system: Adopt nowadays most advanced accumulator die head,ensure reliable and durable.

Clamping system: Double tie rod hydraulic clamping, the structure is compact, double clamping pull rod center, guide rails positioning accurate.
